° Omnivores - These are animals who eat both flesh and also green plants. Eg : Badgers , pigs.

° Carnivores - These are animals who eat only flesh of other animals. Eg: Lion , Tiger.

° Herbivores - These are animals who eat only green plants or grass. Eg : Cow , giraffe.

the organisms having holozoic nutrition are further classified in three categories -
a. carnivores
b herbivores and
c. omnivores

carnivores -the organisms which eat other animals or mat only are called carnivores.
example- lion ,bear,snake,crocodile,l izard,eagle and wolf etc.

herbivores -the organisms which consume or eat only plants and their source of food are called herbivores.for example -cow,rabbit,goat,deer,locust,and camel etc.

omnivores -the organisms which eat both plant food as well as meet of animals are called omnivores. the best example of omnivores are human beings,dog,crow,ants and sparrow etc.
