What are outbreeding devices? Explain their devices

Outbreeding devices are those by which self pollination can be prevented. for eg: unisexual plant, unisexual flowers (corn), self incompatibility, stigma and anther mature at different times, no synchrony between stigma receptivity and pollen release, etc are some such devices
