Micro organism which cause diseases are called pathogens.
they enter into our body through air we breathe,water we drink, food we eat.
they can also be transmitted by direct contact.

Pathogens are deseaces causing microbes.They come in our body by the food we eat,the water we drink,and the air we breath.If we have a strong immune system then our body will have no harm from the microbes.
