Perennial rivers are those rivers that flow throughout the year in all seasons.
Non perennial rivers are those rivers which do not flow throughout the year. It flows in one season.

The Himalayan region consists of perennial rivers as the precipitation in that region is mainly snow. Snow always keeps falling. This snow melts and forms perennial rivers which flow throughout the year..

Hi Mate,

Perennial Rivers are the Rivers which have water throughout the year. These Rivers have water from melted snow and rain.
On the other hand, Non-Perennial Rivers are the Rivers which doesn't have water throughout the year, these Rivers are seasonal Rivers.

Himalayan regions consists of perennial Rivers because Himalayas are full of snow and the Rivers which are in Himalayas get water from snow, this is why Himalayan Rivers have perennial Rivers.
