What are phanerogams?name its two groups and write one difference.

Phanerogams are a division of plant division along with cryptogams. Here are there features:

1. Their reproductive organs are not hidden

2. They bear seed but seeds may or may not be enclosed in a coat.

3. Vascular tissues for conduction of food and water are very much present here

4. Their body is very well differentiated into true roots, stems and leaves.

   They are of two types: Angiosperms and Gymnosperms.

1. Gymno- Their body is very well differentiated

1. Angio- Even their body is differentiated

2. Gymno- Very well developed xylem and phloem

2. Angio- Their body is also having xylem and phloem

3. Gymno- They bear seeds but the seeds are not enclosed in a proper seed coat
