It'll be in a nut shell. So, you see, you're body has glands called the sebaceous glands. They sort of get swollen because of the loads of hormones moving throughout your body the entire day, usually in puberty. They result in acne, pimples and all. Pimples, as we all know, are pus filled infections on the surface of our skin. Another reason is that, when bacteria gather upon large quantities in the glands, they start infecting your skin causing pimples.
