Here is ur answer..!!

  • Plant hormones :

A Plant hormones is a chemical substance which is produced naturally in the plants and regulate growth and physiological processes to bring about control and coordination of various activities in plants.

  • Different plant hormones along with their functions :

→     AUXIN'S :

Auxin's are the group of plant hormones synthesised at the shoot tip of the plant body. It promotes cell elongation , root formation , cell division , respiration and other physiological processes like protein synthesis . water uptake etc.

Auxin's also play an important role in the development of seedless fruits.

→     GIBBERELLIN'S  :

They stimulate stem elongation , seed germination and flowering. The maximum concentration of gibberellin's is found in fruits and seed's.

→     CYTOKININS :

They are produced in dividing cell throughout the plant. In mature plants, cytokinins produced in the root tips and are transported to the shoots. They also promotes cell division and also helps in breaking the dormancy of seeds and buds and regulate the phloem transport.

→   ABSCISIC ACID :

Abscisic acid is a growth inhibitor which reverses the growth promoting effects of auxins and  gibberellin's .

It's effects include wilting of leaves, It causes dormancy of seeds.

It also promotes or regulate the closing of stomata.
