Hey mate...

Ashoka was a succeded by a series of weak rulers.As a result the system of administration begin to collaps.
In 185 BC, brihadradha was the last maurya ruler was murdered by pushyamithra shunga. thus the mauriya empire came to an end. After mauriyas many new dynasties arose amoung them were shungas and kanavas..
