Hi..
The alimentary canal includes buccal cavity which starts from mouth ..
The buccal cavity has salivary glands (parotid and maxillary gland)..
The buccal cavity has oral cavity which has teeth tongue which help in mastication of food and swallowing the bolus..
Then comes the oropharynx through which food travels into oesophagus which joins stomach with buccal cavity...
The stomach starts digestion ..
The food lastly enters into small intestine where absorption of food takes place..
The undigested food and water travels into large intestine after which it is ejaculayed through anus..in the form if faeces..
