Prime Factor ➡️ In other words: any of the prime numbers that can be multiplied to give the original number.Example: The prime factors of 15 are 3 and 5 (because 3×5=15, and 3 and 5 are prime numbers).

Composite Factor➡️ Composite factors of a number are the factors which are not prime. Examples: Input: N = 24. Output: 5. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 are the factors of 24

Hope this helps you..❤✨

Answer:

prime factor can be divided by either 1 or itself for example the digit 7 is a prime factor(as it can be divided by 1 or 7)

WHEREAS

composite factors can be divided by many more other numbers along with 1 and itself (say for example 18 which can be divided by 1,2,3,6,9 and 18)

I hope thats convinient for understanding.
