when u have a make choice then u r mostly confused in the choice and unable to do ur task effectively while if their is no choice then u r compled to do a particular task which u perform more effectively.
suppose a person has a choice to do 2 jobs, both r different :
1. if a person decide to do first job then while working for a period he will definitely think for the other job and will regret himself, why didn't he selected the other job, through this I mean to say is that : choices provide more opportunities that's right but it also creates a negativity in our mind which creates stress.
