(1) Animal protein - Protein found in milk, poultry, meat, fish, cheese etc. is of A class.

(2) Vegetable Protein - Protein obtained from wheat, barley, gram, rice, peas, beans, green leafy vegetables falls into 'B' class due to late digestion.
