Pseudo unimolecular reactions are actually bimolecular reactions but it behaves as a unimolecular reaction as one reagent is present in excess

For eg

CH3COOCH3(aq)+H2O(l)→CH3COOH(aq)+CH3OH(aq)

The rate of this reaction is given as

R=k[CH3COOCH3]

As H2O is in excess

Order of rxn is 1

I hope this helps ( ╹▽╹ )
