Also, some states have better public service and a few other states have poor quality of public service. The public service in India is run by the Executive branch of the Indian government. The policies of the Executive is determined by the elected government and the functioning of the executive branch is run by the Administrative arm of the government.
India is a developing nation and most are dependent on the essential public service and facilities of India. In the recent decades the private service is better used, wherever available by a good number of Indians.
