public facilities are the e facilities provided by the govt to the people . They are important to substain and lead a comfortable life. government should take the responsibility of public facilities because private bodies are profit concerned . They might misuse their power and only work for their profit.so govt should this responsibility so that every section of the society can enjoy equal staus..hope it helps
