An immature person leaves things in middle on the other hand, a mature person holds them till the end. He makes a proper plan in his life and live according to it. He is disciplined in his life.

He works according to the well -planned decision and is confident of his success. He is courageous enough to face all the consequences on his path towards the fulfillment of wishes and thereby attains the goals.
