According to physics, quarks means hypothetical truly fundamental particle in mesons and baryons; there are supposed to be six flavours of quarks (and their antiquarks), which come in pairs; each has an electric charge of +2/3 or -1/3.
Quarks are particles that give things a charge. Relation to subatomic particles, of which an electron is one, there are -2/3 quarks and +1/3 quarks, and electrons have 2 -2/3 quarks and one +1/3 quark, which gives them an overall charge of -1. There are 3 quarks per sub-atomic particle as I understand.
Its other meaning is fresh unripened cheese of a smooth texture made from pasteurized milk, a starter, and rennet.
Hope this helps:)

quarks are nothing but again constituent particles of matter particles i.e. neutron , proton & electron .
Generally , two types of quarks are there , upquark & down quark
• up quark has +2/3 charge & down quark has -1/3 charge value
• An electron is made up of three down quarks , thats why it has a -ve charge i.e.
= three down quarks will be , -1/3 + -1/3 + -1/3 = -1 unit -ve charge
• Similarly for protons & neutrons
• proton has a +1 charge & neutron has no charge , so you can make them with the help of quarks
