Hey,

A rational number is a number determined by the ratio of some integer p to some nonzero natural number q. The set of rational numbers is denoted Q, and represents the set of all possible integer-to-natural-number ratios p/q.

For example:-

1/2 is a rational number (1 divided by 2, or the ratio of 1 to 2).

HOPE IT HELPS YOU:-))

The rational numbers are the numbers that can be expressed in the form of fraction p/q ; where q is not equal to zero & p,q€Z.

Eg: 5/2

All Natural No.s can be expressed as rational No.
Eg: 2/1, 4/1
...

Hope it helps
