The ravines are the slope landform which is a cross-sectional slides on the order of the 20 to 70 percent in the gradient.

The active streams are not sure to come in the ravines along with the channel of the downslope.

The ravine is the deep valley which has been formed to the erosion.

The land becomes unfit for cultivation and is known as bad land. In the Chambal basin such lands are called ravines.
