The Lok Adalat reduces the burden of other courts. The Lok Adalat has been instrumental in giving justice to poor and downtroddens.Tge first Lok Adalat was held in Delhi in 1985,in which 150 cases were decided in a single day. The Lok Adalat takes quick and correct decisions.
