It does not seem useful to clutter the article with more examples. Heteroaromatic compounds present no particular challenge in drawing resonance diagrams. For example in furan, you simply move the lone pair on the O atom through the other 4 carbon atoms. Resonance diagrams for homoaromatic compounds would be more interesting.
