2.EVALUATION IN TERMS OF AVAILABILITY AND DEVELOPMENT.IT EXAMINES RESOURCES FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF TECHNOLOGY, ECONOMY AND NEED.

3.THE THIRD STAGE IS PLANING FOR EXPLOITATION OF RESOURCES. IT IS RELATED TO ACTION ORIENTED PLANNING.IT EMPHASIZES USE AND REUSE OF THE RESOURCES.

resource planning is a complex process which involves three steps :
1 ) identification and keeping record of resources which involves serving, mapping and quantitative Estimation and measurement of the resources.

2 ) comparing the resource development plans with National Development plans

3 ) developing a Plant Structure with proper Technology .
