Right to Equality in a nutshell means that every citizen of the country is considered the same or is considered equal in the eyes of law despite their caste, position, colour, gender, etc. The statue of blind folded women in the Supreme Court symbolizes that no one is above the law and everyone is considered the same in front of the law.  Every citizen should be given equal opportunities and rights.
