RIGHTS: These are the power that are granted to the citizens of the country by their constitution.
Professor Laski defined Right as "The Rights are the condition of one's social life which are essential for the compete development of his or her personality."
◾ They put some limits on government. This helps in achieving a better governing system in the country as government can't do any unfair activities.
◾ Rights are one of aspects of democracy that helps in achieving it's basic objective that is to maintain the dignity of every people.

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status.
