Rights are claims of citizens over other the nation, society, and the government. Government of country has conferred fundamental rights to all the residents of the nation to lead their live comfortably.
One can claim there right in following ways;
(i) A right is plausible when we make a call that is uniformly desirable for others. One cannot have a right that injures or hurts others.
(ii) The demands we make should be conscious. They should be in such a way that it can be made accessible to others in similar measure.
(iv) A right comes with a moral responsibility to recognize others' rights.
