Semi molar solution is the solution whose molarity is 1/2 .

and

Deci molar solution is that solution when one-tenth mole of a solute remains one litre solution that means the strength of the deci molar solution is known. so deci molar solution is also called a standard solution.

e.g 0.1 M NAOH solution means that the strenght of NAOH is 0.1 M which is known. so 0.1 M NAOH is a standard solution.
