To use that flesh as a bait to catch fish. If it will feed nothing or if its unprofitable too, it will feed my revenge. Antonio has insulted me and prevented me from making half a million. He had laughed at my losses and mocked( feel sorrow ) at my gains, hated my holy nation(As shylock was a jew and antonio was a christian so there also prevailed a conflict) , prevented or made my deals and bargains unsuccessful. Antonio has reduced my friends and increased my enemies and for what reason? Just because I'm a Jew. Has not a jew eyes?? Does a jew has no hands, organs, all dimensions of the body (same as a christian) , senses, affections, passions...?? Jews are also fed with the same food and get hurted with the same weapon. They are also subjected to same diseases and are cured by the same medicines (as a christian would be cured) also warmed and cooled by the same summer and winter.( Showing that a jew is same human as a Christian). If uh pinch or sting us do not we bleed same as a christian? If you tickle us do not we laugh? If you give us poision do not we die.? And so.. if you do wrong to us.. Shall not we take revenge?
