Chinese communist part:-  When the japanese invaded china in 1937, the Guomindang retreated.Mao Zedong, who emerged as a major CCP leader,took a different path by basing his revolutionary programme on the peasentry. He organised the chinese peasents to fight for abolition of landlordism and built an army of peasants. Eventually CCP was succesful in establishing its rule over mainland china. 

Indian national congress:- In 1937, elections conducted by British Congress won 8 out of 11 provinces. But the Prime Minister is to work under the supervision of a British Governor. The Congress was upset at the obstinacy of the british and decided to walk out of the provincial governments.All congress ministries resigned in October 1939 after having come to power in 1937.Through 1940 and 1941, the  Congress organized a series of individual satyagrahas to pressure the rulers to promise freedom once the war had ended..

CCP had fought militarily with soldiers against ruling KMT. INC fought mainly using the non-violence and non-cooperation.

INC refused to cooperate with the British during II World War. They launched a Quit India movement. INC spread awareness among people to uphold self respect and to stop exploitation of Indian public by the British. INC protested, held rallies, filled jails, refused to pay taxes, held many rounds of talks with the British etc.

INC fought against foreigners and CCP fought against another party with different ideologies.

CCP had won in a civil war by driving the KMT forces out of the main land. They gained sympathies of people due to atrocities of KMT and ineffectiveness of KMT. CCP conducted rallies like INC did.

CCP and INC have set up many laws for women welfare and upliftment and equality in the society. INC set up the public sectors to favor development and to protect industry. CCP retained control of major sectors and helped growth. CCP and INC are the largest political parties in their countries. CCP has no opposition in the true sense. INC has to deal with opposition parties. Both parties had given a lot of importance to technological and scientific development in the countries. They have increased some foreign participation in their country. But CCP still protects the country against infusion of western culture. They protect chinese from facebook and other social networks. Chinese do not allow full foreign participation in China.
