SIMILARITIES BETWEEN THE PREAMBLE OF INDIA AND SOUTH AFRICA

Both counties are Democratic. Which means In India as well as South Africa the Power resides with the People.People elect People’s Representatives who have authority to take decisions instead of the people. Elections are conducted based on voting system in order to elect the Representative people wish to have authority and take respective decisions in stead of them.


Both countries have an Embodied Judiciary system which means most of laws made added in time.Laws have been created and added in the Judiciary system so that every human shall attain Justice equally regardless of Differences and Discrimination.


There has not been a Statement for the formation of union in both the Constitutions of India and South Africa.


Both the countries have a Right to the freedom of Religion, Belief and Opinion. Which means People who live in these two countries can worship whoever the god they may like, have their own Beliefs and Opinions regardless of what others think. Both the countries don’t impact their residents to follow any certain religion. We can also observe a wide variety of religions in India to support this statement.

They solely considered matters wherever each the Whites and also the Blacks lived beside harmony. wherever as whereas creating the Indian Constitution, Indian leaders totally studied Constitutions of assorted countries of the planet then written the Indian Constitution. Our Constitution is truely supported the Principles of school of thought ans equality between all religions.
