Christians believe the Messiah has already come and He is Jesus Christ of Nazareth.they believe God redeemed the world from the power of sin through Christ's atoning death on the cross and His subsequent resurrection and ascension to heaven. Christians await the Return of the Messiah as the Judge of all flesh and the King of the world. Jews do not believe Jesus is the promised Messiah, and they await the Coming of the Messiah.
