Soft skills are the ways of commicatingg in a very polite manner.Technical knowledge and degrees May get you a job but to climb up to higher levels of your career,you need to work on improving your soft skills.Just speaking politely is not soft skills but the ability to communicate with respective client in a decent way while expressing your team goals and convincing client are called soft skills.These days many companies offer training to their employees in soft skills.The main soft skills are as under :-
1)Interpersonal skills
2)Team spirit
3)Ability to negotiate with client
4)Business attiquettes
5)Social skills

These are the main soft skills needed presently.
