soluble substances are the one those are soluble (dissolved completely without any solid)completely.for example if we add sugar to water,after stirring,we notice that the sugar is completely dissolved in water.
whereas insoluble substances are those substances that are not soluble(disssolved incompletely leaving a solid or precipitate)completely.for example when we put sand in water,it doesnot get dissolved.
