What are some advantages and disadvantages of a hypothetical "flashlight" that would emit x-rays instead of visible light?

Advantages:
We can immediately see if an individual has some bones broken in his body during an expedition/outing or other activities which require immediate action in case of injury.
It is lighter and easier to use than a cumbersome x-ray machinery.
Disadvantages:
More prone to cancer as a higher amount of x-ray xould be emitted from the 'flashlight' as in some cases the 'flashlight' would be needed in daylight.
Deplete batteries quite fast as a higher amount of energy would be needed.
