Whatever operations we do in calculus, we perform it on functions only so we must know functions. In algebra you should know about the expansions, logarithms. In trigonometry you must be knowing the formulas of various trigonometrical terms. In coordinate geometry, equations of tangent and normal must be known. After completing these things you should have a very good command over limits because it is the building block of both differential and integral calculus.
