some among them could be ,

A. Insufficient Fuel

B.Effect of green house gases

C. Diseases that our polluted environment would cause , some of which are tough to b cured

D.Religious disputes

E.Issues related to increasing population , especially in countries like India & China

F. Unemployement issues

G. Inefficient supply of oxygen because of continuous deforestation

& many more
