Because of inflammation of bronchi amd bronchioles.

This disease occurs in those who do work in mining industry, stone breaking etc. Because of that dust particles entre in body which causes many diseases and affect our lung.

In this disease alveolar walls are damaged. Which leads to decrease in respiration surface.
