(i) Helping them adjust in the new system in the new country. 

(ii) Determining the training pace/speed to keep the trainee comfortable. 

(iii) Determining whether the family of the expatriate require training in order to fit into the new culture and traditions of the country. 

(iv) Determine how long to give the trainee to adjust into the new culture. 

(v) Developing the interest of the trainee in the new foreign language and their assess the capacity to learn the language. 

(vi) Assessing the response of the trainee towards the training.
