What are some of the ethical and social challenges faced by operations managers?

There are many ethical and social challenges faced by the operating managers of any organsation. The operational challenges in the organisation include negligent acts by the employees, breach of trust, fraud, non-observance of integrity, violation of code of conduct, disobeying orders etc., corrupt practices etc.

All these ethical and social challenges are commonly faced by operations managers. Operations managers have to deal with these challenges with their own discretion and understanding. A skilled operating manager can easily overcome these challenges. An efficient operating manager establishes complete discipline in his organisation.
