What are some of the main arguments for and against industrialization?

Industrialization helps them to develop and increase population incomes and consequently quality of life in some sense. At the same time some externalities comes into play. for instance income inequalities (not only due to qualification/productivity but also some powers.. politics, discrimination), threats to environment, social imbalances, fast changes not everybody can adopt, cultural degradation, health issues etc.
