Working with institutions is not an easy task, there are various problems working with institutions like:

◾️The well-framed rules and regulations can bind the hands of leaders.

◾️Institutions often involve meetings, committees and routines which sometimes leads to delay and complication in decision-making.

◾Complication and delay in decision-making further leads to frustration among leaders and people as well. But inspite of all the problems and complications with the working of institutions, institutions have their own utility that cannot be denied.

◾️Institutions provide an opportunity for a wider set of people to be consulted in any decision.

◾Although institutions make it difficult to have quick and good decisions but at the same time they make it equally d'ff' cult to rush through a wrong and ineffective

working with institutions is not easy and can be very frustrating. it involves a lot of rules and regulations. they bind the hands of the leaders. institutions also involves meetings, debates and routines. This may lead to delays and complications.
But it is still better to have institutions in the workiung of democracy because:-

1. Governing a country involves various activities and it is responsible for providing facilities for education, health to citizens and it also collects taxes and spends money for development programmes

2. In order to all these tasks, several arrangements called institutions are made in democracy

3. A democracy performs well when these institutions carry out their functions assigned to them perfectly as per the rules and regulations laid down by the Constitution
