I’d say one of the major red flags in daily life would be signs that you are being manipulated. For example you might consider someone a friend but they are always getting you to do stuff for them and don’t ever return the favor. This would be a sign that you need to gain a bit more control and have unhealthy relationships with people.
Other things would be stuff like weight gain, going outside less often etc.
