CTSO is Career and Technical Student Organization. They are mainly interactive learning programs for students that build character and confidence in students by imparting them educational and non-educational (practical) information. For example, our own- Brainly (a homework-help app). Jointly ctso's help people develop life-long qualities such as team-work, leadership quality, faith in ourselves and focus on goals.
