Historical source is original source that contain important historical information. These sources are something that inform us about history at the most basic level, and these sources used as clues in order to study Historical sources include documents, artifacts, archaeological sites, features.

An historian is a person who studies and writes about the past, and is regarded as an authority on it.Historians are concerned with the continuous, methodical narrative and research of past events as relating to the human race; as well as the study of all history in time. If the individual is concerned with events preceding written history, the individual is a historian of prehistory. Some historians are recognized by publications or training and experience. "Historian" became a professional occupation in the late nineteenth century as research universities were emerging in Germany and elsewhere.

Sources are things and artefacts which provide evidences to historians to draw inference from it.

The sources majorly are books, scripts, site, toys, coins, etc.

They are important to historians to draw conclusions and state an outline about the conditions of the past. They are the sole evidences from which we know about our past.
