Spots are actually the bodies way of healing itself. The sebaceous gland is located next to small hair follicles in the skin and secretes an oil known as sebum

I think so

pimples-Red, tender bumps with white pus at their tips.

boils-A painful, pus-filled bump under the skin caused by infected, inflamed hair follicles.

Explanation:

As pimples fade, they can leave dark spots on the skin. Sometimes acne can cause permanent scars, especially if you pop or pick at your skin. A boil is a red bump that is swollen and red around the outside. It slowly fills with pus and gets larger.
