Stars are hot glowing luminous objects which we can see in the night sky.
Sun is also called a star.
Stars twinkle & appear too far from the Earth because they are situated too far away from our Solar System.

star is a massive luminous sphere of plasma held together by its own gravity. they look so tiny because they are so far away from earth that they look really small to us but if we were closer they could be the size of planets but mast of them are planets and big pieces of rock. sun is a star.....stars have brightness.
