stomata are the pores on the leaves of plants
which are present so as to help in respiration

Stomata are the small opening found on the surface of the leaves which enable them to photosynthesise

The function are-
1) during Photosynthesis Carbon dioxide is taken in from stomata from the atmosphere.

2) After photosynthesis Oxygen is released from it as a waste product.
