A superconductor is a metal that acts strangely when cooled down to a certain temperature. When these materials reach their critical temperature they suddenly become perfect conductors. A semiconductor, on the other hand, is a material that has a conductivity somewhere between that of a conductor and an insulator.

Hey mate....

here's your answer.....

Superconductor are those conductors that behave very weirdly when they are cooled down certainly . This importance of superconductor is Very helpful in metal ans steel industries..

Whereas semiconductors are those conductors having the properties if both conductor and an insulator . It is very helpful as it has both properties of insulator as well as conductors...

Hope it Helps❤❤❤
