2..Ricket➡️pain – the bones affected by rickets can be sore and painful, so the child may be reluctant to walk or may tire easily.

3..Beriberi➡️People with later stages of beriberi will show memory loss, confusion, or delusions.

4...Anemia➡️Symptoms may include fatigue, skin pallor, shortness of breath, light-headedness, dizziness or a fast heartbeat.

5..Scurvy➡️Symptoms may not occur for a few months after a person's dietary intake of vitamin C drops too low. Bruising, bleeding gums, weakness, fatigue and rash are among scurvy symptoms.
