In Class 9, we study many further classification of diseases...

But, we can say that the 2 broad types of diseases are Congenital & Acquired diseases.

Congenital diseases are by-birth diseases, that is , it is there from the time we are born.

Acquired diseases are acquired at a particular stage of life.
