The job of a teacher is not justified as they face the following hurdles:

1. Responsibility- they have the burden of not only teaching subject wise concepts but also they are responsible for teaching discipline .

2. Hard work- they should ensure that every child in the class is satisfied which is one of the most toughest part of being a teacher.

3. Creativity-the last but not the least they work hard whole night to prepare a class plan for the next day so that they can study and enjoy the class simultaneously.
